Shipping policy

Domestic Delivery

We deliver to China with SF-express from Monday to Saturday (Excluding holidays). Please note that at peak times your order may take slightly longer than usual to arrive. Domestic orders placed Monday through Friday (Excluding holidays) are shipped within 24~48 hours. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (Excluding holidays). 

 

International Delivery

International orders will ship within 24-72 hours of receiving your order during normal business hours.
Standard and Express delivery options are available at the customer cost. Customs Charges on International Orders: When ordering from Percent Studio, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Percent Studio will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information. 

Undeliverable & Lost Packages

On very rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, please verify that your shipping address is correct. If an undeliverable package is returned to us complete and undamaged, we will attempt to re-ship orders but the purchaser will need to be charged for shipping. If an undeliverable package is returned to us incomplete or damaged, we cannot issue any refund for the missing or damaged items. 
If a package is claimed as lost by the customer and if neither the carrier nor Someware receive proof of the loss, no refund would be issued. If on our end, the tracking number of a lost order states that the shipment has been delivered, the customer will have to contact the carrier directly.
