Refund policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from Someware, please contact us immediately at guo@percent.design. Percent Studio needs to be notified within 7 days of receiving the goods. If a product is faulty or if it has been damaged in transit, please provide a photo in your email and we will do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible. Please note that sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
To complete your return, print the prepaid shipping label (Emailed at the same address used to contact us).
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and with a receipt or proof of purchase within 15 days. We’ll deduct the shipping cost and refund the remaining amount back to your original form of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product, you must place a new order and complete a return of the original purchase.
